True what you said though, soreness is not the most accurate indicator. I'm trying to push myself a bit considering i had a 4 month run in with a gym a while back(6 months ago?), so it's not like i'm starting from complete zero. This one has increased resistance up to 165LBs. Mostly just a redesigned version of the bullworker from back in the 80s. I knew it wasn't anything amazingly revolutionary. It does have advantages for working certain muscles(Biceps for example, when you can't afford to purchase and maintain a full set of dumbbells) or working your back a little bit along with chest and shoulders.
